Terms of Service

Handled is an organisational and AI-assistance tool. It helps you describe a piece of everyday admin, keeps it in one place, and suggests practical steps you can take yourself.

Handled is not a law firm, financial adviser, tax adviser, insurer, insurance broker, healthcare provider, credit-repair organisation, or debt collector. We are not your agent and we are not an authorised representative of any company you deal with. We do not contact companies, cancel services, negotiate bills, file claims or initiate refunds on your behalf. Every action happens when you take it.

The guidance in Handled is generated by an AI model from the information you provide. It can be incomplete or wrong, and it does not know the terms of your specific contract, policy or account. Always verify important information — dates, amounts, rights and deadlines — with the company involved or a qualified professional before you act on it. Handled does not provide legal, financial, tax, insurance or medical advice.

You must be 18 or older and provide accurate details. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for activity on your account. Do not upload content you have no right to share, or use Handled to do anything unlawful, abusive, or designed to mislead a third party.

You keep ownership of everything you write and upload. You give us permission to store and process it solely to provide the service to you — including sending your task text to our AI provider to generate guidance.

Free accounts can create up to 3 new tasks per calendar month. Plus costs $19.99 per month, billed monthly in advance, and includes unlimited tasks, document uploads and reminders. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the paid period. Payments are not enabled yet; when they are, they will be processed by our payment provider and these terms will apply to them. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Handled is in early beta. Features may change, break, or be withdrawn, and reminders are shown in the app — do not rely on Handled as your only safeguard for a critical deadline.

Handled is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

You can stop using Handled and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Handled is an early beta. Where the law of your home country or state gives you rights, those rights still apply.
